Team MN-DAK

ABOUT US
Team MN-DAK has proudly been representing the Transplant community since 1990, participating in every Transplant Games since. Over the years, we've embraced various name changes, but our commitment to the cause remains strong. In 2004, we had the honor of hosting the Transplant Games in Minnesota, and we are thrilled to announce we will be hosting again in 2028 in St. Paul, MN. Join us as we celebrate life, hope, and the power of organ donation!
Team MN-DAK consists of athletes and support persons from MN, ND, SD, and western WI (organ, marrow, tissue, cornea recipients, living donors, and donor families) that participate in various events at the Transplant Games of America every two years.
Team MN-DAK is run by a volunteer Board of Directors. A team manager helps organize athletes for the Transplant Games of America. A network of volunteers (Team MN-DAK athletes, donor families, and supporters) serve on committees to help with fundraising, finances, marketing, and all other Team business.
We want to show the world that Donation enhances and saves lives, a powerful truth we all share. While our levels of physical activity may differ, we are united in our gratitude for the Gift of Life. Every moment is precious, and we live with the understanding that others have given so selflessly. Together, we honor our donors by embracing life to its fullest.
